Today is the big day in the WSU/OSU court case against the PAC. If/when they win, Washington will have to take it to the Supreme Court. If they do that, then the timeline gets extended by quite a bit. Can the CFP afford that? I don't think so.

Food for thought: Yormark negotiates a deal for a 2028 look in window to reevaluate the percentages of ownership in the CFP. Now, also we have Oregon State and Wash State with a new deal that gets them paid by the CFP until 2028. Well...that is certainly interesting.
