Today we have agreed with East African Breweries that they will launch a partnership with Mbeere North farmers to grow sorghum, with EABL as the ready market. The plan will see struggling families in my constituency grow their income and improve their standards of living.

Following our Friday (16/9/2022) consultations with the Director of USF, CA, Mr. Kemei has provided us with a preliminary report on the status of Network coverage in Mbeere North. USF has also proposed a way forward to remedy the situation and achieve 100% quality of service.

Paid a visit to the accident scene where the Ena Crossing Bridge collapsed as a sandharvesting truck was crossing. We have briefed the relevant government agencies to release the emergency fund to reconstruct the bridge by the end of next week to normalize transport and movement.
