I’m obviously not going to post it online, but I’m happy to share a copy of my stabilized lease with the last two tenants who should be able to sue for, back of the napkin math, ~$24,000 in overpaid rent

He doesn't have to do anything. It's all symbolic. The only thing he and others taking office have to do is sign the Oath of Office and file it with appropriate entity. Anything else is just for show.
