i'm a little disappointed from a certain art convention here.
i have been tabling at cons since 2019, with kmkt being one of the "big deal" cons.
while it isn't as much of a shitshow as a certain conquest, knowing that our community is seen as being "tolerated" is sad.

My last job was 24k net (26k gross) a month as a scriptwriter for a large publishing company. For a junior position.
I remember asking for this exact amount at my previous job, in which they said, "that's for a senior rate".
If senior writers are being paid that much... idk.
I fully support younger Filipinos (fresh college graduates) whose salary expectation is at least 31,000 pesos. Minimum wage rates in PH are so low. We all deserve better. We are all underpaid. We should always aspire for more. Ignore people who say we should not be "demanding"

It was my first PT session and my first time to do weighted squats.
I managed to work my way up tonight and squat 25kg here for 5 reps. My form could be better but he said it's good for a beginner.
I'm proud of myself.
