what i think is really funny about the outrage about New MathTM is that they asked former "gifted kids" about how they did math shortcuts when they were kids, then implemented them into the curriculum.

Went 5-3 for day 1 at my first ever pro tour. I practiced and prepared a lot for this tournament, and I feel like I got a bit rewarded. As always, I've been insanely lucky in my constructed matches today.
Here's hoping for a 4-4 record tomorrow to qualify for Minneapolis 🥳🥳
