My guy. The entire plot of the SH movie was that gohan stopped training (for the 100th time) and got rusty again. He gets angry towards the end, and all of a sudden, he's stronger than Goku/Vegeta? Mfers who train with gods 24/7.

Low damage means nothing when you're a defensive juggernaut. Besides, more units get to stack/build up thanks to the Vegeta doing little damage. I've had situations where broly and Gogeta did too MUCH damage that units missed out on stacks/build ups.
