2 truly maximize lower extremity stretches its very important to keep the spine elongated. Think fold versus bending. Biggest mistake folks make is "bending" their spine over versus "folding" from the torso, so it's the hamstring & calves that get the work.

Along w/being celibate, my spiritual cleansing incorporates abstaining from things that generate unwanted pridefulness, like attending the gym to lift weights. Reducing/eliminate these things reveals how much time& NRG' spent that could be stragically placed elsewhere. Like ๐ฅฑ๐ค
