Woodbine is no longer allowing entered horses to leave the grounds prior to the race. What happens away from Woodbine will have to stay away from Woodbine now. I think it's called the Norm and Marty Rule.

Woodbine might not be able to get a decent handle on derby day (down 1.6 mill from last year ) ,but at least they filled an arena with 100 people to watch it.Up from last years 53.And only 79% of those were free tickets.
