We have had an unbelievable season in the Championship. We are disappointed with not gaining promotion, but in pre-season, we wanted to be tougher to beat under our new coach and management. I think we’ve achieved that, we’ll be back next year with the same attitude.

Can’t agree enough! Speaking in my own circumstance, without the scheme, I just wouldn’t be playing first class cricket now. It gave me the opportunity and exposure to show what I could do as I was a late developer, whilst also studying. I’ll always be extremely grateful.

The biggest thing at Cardiff apart from the 1-1’s and small group sessions furthering your skills with sparks was also the free gym access, 2 passionate S and C coaches, masseuses and upmost support through psychologists and other areas. Gives you the opportunity to be your best!
