Megaman Battle Network and Rival Schools specifically. According to old artists, this was always the intent since 2003. Spoken about this at length about this on the channel.

I really like the idea that Aang embraced Earthbending primarily because in his own way, he was just as stubborn as Toph in his own beliefs.
Refusing to kill. Refusing to compromise his beliefs and way of life. Toph taught him to stand his ground, and it's how he beat Ozai.

Teen Titans GO has a really good joke that I think explains the Invincible production in a nutshell.
There's so much that goes into the production of Invincible (and these types of action shows generally) that I think gets swept under the rug.
Just be patient, ibeg.
I know it's a joke but the takes on Invincible's animation are really rubbing me the wrong way.
Every episode is 45 minutes. Multiple backgrounds. Constantly introducing new environments, civilizations and characters. This isn't an easy adaptation.
