Imo, tearing down political posters in the '90s era is no big deal (juror 4), if that's indeed the timeframe. Many of us have changed stripes over years. May require further questioning by the judge.
As I understand it, he (juror 4) was not convicted in the corruption case.

In 1791 armies were equipped with basically three weapons — single-shot rifles, swords, and cannons.........not friggen AR-15s, or worse. 1791 is when the right to bear arms was ratified, and like U said, kids weren't getting mowed down by single shot firearms.

As a former Soldier, and if I were the National Guard general, I would have deployed the troops right away and taken the hit later. Not an easy decision, but generals are paid to make tough decisions.....especially when it was evident that the chain of command here was failing.

I was in Germany during the Cold War with the Warsaw Pact in the east and NATO in the west. We faced a formidable force in the Warsaw Pact led by the Soviet Union. We were outnumbered in equipment and troops by a lot.
I gotta tell ya, this Cold War 2.0 🔥 is much worse imo.
