“Inner work,” and delving into one’s own psyche seems to often leave people more miserable and lost.
Since the self is infinitely deep, I think many people have a hard time finding their way out after diving in.

The human mind is made to search for complications and solve them. Evolution.
simplicity = negative
complicated = positive
In trading however, the most adaptable and fail safe approaches are often the simplest.
The complication is sticking to it.

The internet has optimized us to be opinion forward, as early as possible.
People then have anchoring bias to their first convictions, at fear of looking wrong on the public stage.
Reality is, knowing when to accept that you're mistaken has far more upside in life.
