Seven years ago today I was convinced by Rob Turley to join the club. The players paid subs, the crowd was 82 (all Abbey Hey) and we averaged 55 that season.
Seven years on, we’re averaging crowds of 300 and have taken followings bigger than 82 to away fixtures.

Horrible news.
Setts Sr always had time and a good word for everyone. A man whose passion and love for sport was only superseded by his passion and love for his family.
My thoughts are with his family today but I genuinely feel like there’s a gap in mine.
More as a way of letting people know than anything else but I’m devastated to say that my Dad passed away at home yesterday evening. 💔

I think too much is made of qualifications. People put too much stock in the B licence and not enough in the level 2.
