I don’t normally post a full masterclass BUT this ⚽️👌🏻I took 12 pages of notes. The level of detail in the defending session was on another level. One of the best sessions I have ever seen! Players who get to work with

I coach a lot of rondo practices not because the 🐐 Pep made them fashionable but because the design helps coaches to facilitate player learning/development. I coach within them focusing on techniques & skills but making reference to tactical roles.🥇🥈🥉helpful for priorities ⬇️

Would recommend this social task to any coach! Provide each player with an opportunity to write down something they value in every member of the group, cut them up, put them into envelopes and hand out. Each person gets 20+ positive statements which are personal and means the 🌏

Im a big fan of using pitch marking and reference points in small sided games. Helps players with distances, positioning and connecting with units/team. Tailor the design to the purpose. Been a big part of my development as a coach last 3 years. 🎬⚽️

This news is heartbreaking. My love, thoughts and support are with Maddy’s family, friends and teammates/staff at this very difficult time. I heard a beautiful, emotional tribute to Maddy yesterday and I can only imagine how much light she brought to peoples lives. RIP 🕊️ ❤️
