Its official. I have FINALLY completed Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. What a Journey! I'm in awe. Loved every second of it(except 3D Battle against middle manager)& in this moment it has become my favorite piece of media of all time. It's my GOAT. I'll be shocked if it isnt GOTY.

How about this. The materia actually glows, looks like a solar system with energy swirling around that is constantly moving.
How is this game real? That's the one thing I havent realized yet after playing the Demo.

Hearing ramblings that FF7R Part 1 Story is about 30 hours long not counting sidequests, optional bosses, & minigames.
The Original (All 3 Discs) w/o sidequests is around 40 hours.
Midgar in the Original was 6 hours.
Think about that & realize how huge Part 1 on its own is....

They should've just went with an M rating for FFVII Remake. No way around it. These developers shouldn't have to limit their creativity to a T rating.
I get trying to Target the same young crowd as back then, but tell me little kids dont play Call of Duty, GTA, & Mortal Kombat?

The character models were mostly shit in PS1 games, even for back then, with some exceptions, but something that withstood the test of time is the Pre-rendered backgrounds.
Havent seen anything like them since that era. What an art form.

I hope people dont forget that Yuffie & Vincent were optional characters in the Original, & now they are going to be made full on Canon. That alone will change the Story.
For all you know, this "new story" you are scared of is Vincent & Yuffie getting a lot more spotlight.

It has continued to be my favorite game throughout the years, & the Remake is my most anticipated piece of media ever.

I think we all underestimate the size of the World of Final Fantasy VII.
We travel in the game all around the World, by land on Foot or Buggy, atop the sea with Tiny Bronco, Underwater with Submarine.
The final part has to encompass all of this, my question is....HOW!?

I was cooking lunch & doing dishes & my kiddo walks into the kitchen & says "Cloud is so cool. I know why you like Cloud so much now (He refers to FF7 as Cloud or the Cloud game) then he pulls me into the living room & goes "Its the full game it's not the Demo its longer look!"

Stacked on top of Sephiroth telling Cloud he isnt the real Cloud, that he wasnt in Nibelheim, & created his persona from Tifas memory of a boy named Cloud.
