Let’s get this going in Dallas — would unlock many tracts/sites.
Currently, the minimum lot requirement is 6k sf for a duplex. This creates a situation where the end product ends up being bigger (more sf) than most need due to land pricing.

I’m convinced, and have been for many years, that the NFL teams have to be working with these super fans at each of their stadium.
Maybe giving out free tickets, or some incentive.
