Cool. Making champ actually stronger with levels is a good approach to balance champs out.
Speaking of making champions stronger in mid to late game, any news on Jarvan IV? The champ has been sitting on 46-48% wr on avg across all elos. Very low wr for a soloQ champion.

Nobody cried about them because they were extremely boring to the point none care about them. Literally as if they never existed - this is the complete opposite of what new champs are supposed to bring. Lol. Each year the champs are getting worse and worse. Not exciting at all.

Really nice change. Will definitely look to practice Zyra jungle on new patch. Would be nice to make other non-junglers champs be available in the jungle, seeing how stale the jungle meta has become for the last 12 patches. My proposal would be Illaoi jungle.

At least instead of nerfing Jarvan IV (the victim of goredrinker & sojin un-called for buffs) just do compensation changes - nerf early (-2 armor) but buff his mid into late game (6%/9%/12%) dmg on his passive (1/9/16lvl). I'd be fine with a change like this.

i still prefer berserkers shoes on my Jarvan IV hyper carry feets, need that juicy attack speed for extra dmg (J4 scales with attack speed!!!)
Can anyone tell me why tabis are still in the game? 12% basic attack damage reduction + armor + movement speed for 1,1k is insane. There is a reason tabis don't show a damage reduced number. It would unironically average around 10k damage every game.

bring back old BT with shield, but reduce its value for ranged champions, maybe keep the bonus AD but reduce it accordingly as well. Cost can stay as it is now.

Why use W to gap close instead of walking in on R from bush, she was walking forward anyways so u would get on top of her easily. And then if she tries to run away u get on her with W. + u need an intention to dodge bubble whenever u try to solokill Numi. + no armor pen item at25
