✩ only eat at 10am, 4pm, and 8pm (and only if hungry!!)
✩ walk at least 2k steps in between each meal and 10k steps total
✩ maximum of 800 cals a day and at least 100 of those have to be fruit/veggies
✩ at LEAST 20g of protein, preferably over 50g
✩ only eat around other people
✩ go to sleep at ten thirty every night (you'll be less tempted to eat)
