I used to wear a silver bracelet from my late Nana day & night. Lost it 2 months ago & didn't think I'd ever see it again. But wasn't my aunt out walking earlier & spotted it on the ground on one of my usual routes!😱

Ruby is still down but she's trying a lot more since she got outdoors. There's better grip under her feet so she's not as nervous about attempting to get her legs under her.
Otherwise no real change, vet is happy to leave her be for now as she's doing all she can to stand 🤞

Both doing well! Just stuck the calf under the red lamp for now, it took some colostrum but will tube more in later if it wont suck more👍
After a hard calving their ribs can be sore so they're less inclined to suckle (though she did get a painkiller)

I don't give many Ruby updates as there's nothing new to report. She's still here & still trying but not standing.
The weather wasn't as bad as forecast & she seemed content enough outside so for now she's doing as well as is possible & is being turned each day to prevent sores.
