—Never tell us how much your characters weigh —Never show characters asking if they're fat/complaining about being fat (esp if they're straight size!) —In fact, make sure you never use "fat" as a negative, as a feeling, or as a joke!

Any agent pressuring a writer for an answer is actively trying to prevent them from doing their due diligence and often is hiding some shady shit. At a minimum, they are signaling that they don't value you, and that they know that can't compete against other agents in their genre

That two-week deadline isn't for an agent's benefit--it's so a writer can collect and then compare/contrast as many agents (and their offers!) as possible so they can make the right decision for their vision for their book and career.
