My show started when the network was dead, now it’s thriving. It’s the last of many wrap up shows. It takes a lot of time cutting everything up and editing. I enjoy the process and some people like watching. Do it for fun not for Kirk’s/network accolades.

Everyday when I wake up, I still have to convince myself that I have value. Some times it takes 10 minutes, other times 10 hours. It’s always here. Really easy to kick the shit out of yourself. Remember to celebrate your wins.
It’s absolutely true. I battle with this every single day in some fashion. And ask for help if you need it.

My job just surprised me with a half day today so I can go to the live show in Portland. Problem is that I gave my tickets away and canceled my hotel room over a month ago. Awesome!

Just found an unconscious guy who had driven off the road. Guy was slumped against the steering wheel, car still in drive with his foot on the brake. Car was in a snow bank blocking an intersection. Called it in and the EMT goes “at least we don’t have to narcan him this time”.
