Local farmer put a post on FB looking for bean walkers. Only wanted high schoolers or older. He had 18 hoes avail. Twenty-seven plus {27+} kids showed up. Eleven pulled by hand. He turned away additional kids.

Take time to discuss safety, give instruction & boundaries for SxSs, atx's, etc..
A family woke up yesterday w/2 of their 3 kids gone. A neighbor boy is barely hanging on.

We lost grandpa in early Oct. & I had not seen my Gramma until today. At 96, she beat covid. It did weaken her mind. I'm thankful for the time we spent this summer talking & recording.

Tonight's football game resembled a scene from a movie. A young man from the opposing team was taken away by ambulance. At the end of the game, their team kneeled to pray. Our boys quickly joined. This is a photo of both teams praying together. ❤
