Yeah this is unfortunate. It might not be THAT simple, but it’s also not THAT complicated. Consistently eat in a deficit, move your body, lift some weights, you’ll lose weight. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but over time it will be consistently down.

Do you track your macros? For me, none of the rest of it really matters. Exercise really doesn’t matter. You can’t go off “healthy” or not meals. Calories in and calories out. Every day. Been obese my entire life (13 to 33) but down from 270 to 185 currently in last 9 months.
