Let me give you a piece of advice, if you want to ‘help’ someone do it because you genuinely want to for no reward. They may never acknowledge or credit you for your help in their journey, which is fine if you weren’t seeking that but can be painful if you were ❤️

My only advice to young musicians coming up is do not sign any agreements with management or labels without getting a lawyer to read it first, if you can’t afford a lawyer, ask family and friends failing that ask me! Sick of young talent getting screwed over.

That’s not a dig at anyone in particular, but in the decade I’ve worked in this industry, I know managers and labels own most of the artists' relationships. How we treat people is important. Being human and kind should come first.
Labels can really f*ck up artists relationships honestly. You gotta be careful.
