SEPTA Police cannot patrol the trains in any meaningful way. There is a need for more police on trains and busses. The Police Dept. needs to double in size to meet the needs of the riding public. Safety needs to return to Philly Public Transit or RIDERSHIP will continue to drop.

OMG, it happened again and SEPTA is trying to hide it because they have done nothing to stop this from occuring. A CAR DROVE INTO THE TROLLEY TUNNEL AT 40TH ST AND BLOCKED TROLLEYS FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS STARTED AROUND 9PM LAST NIGHT.
