hired me we had 4 returning athletes. It’s been a war zone but damn it feels good. From nothing to a little something!
This weekend our program won their first championship in school history! Last year our program finished at the bottom on both genders at conference. This year our women won the KJCAA east championship. The men finished runner up in the KJCAA east championship.

Love it. Summer going into my senior year I would regularly run at 12 or 1 AM after work for my second run of the day. Come back in the AM to run with our group. If you want it bad enough you find a way

Love this group. 1 thing about this group and even last years group. We didnt have a team full of international talent like surrounding comp. 4 of top 7 are Americans. We hit the pavement and were turning rocks to find kids. Competed an connected to do it. We did it the right way
