I’ve honestly never been so scared to race my bike as was before heat 1 tonight, my nerves and anxiety were through the roof, settled down after a couple and felt comfortable and composed, suppose it doesn’t help I’ve had 18 month off a bike.

It’s been a tough couple month with very little racing due to injuries, it’s gave me time to work on my self and my equipment and I think it showed at the British final, although it wasn’t perfect by any means it’s definitely a step in the right direction. Thanks for all support.
