A human lifespan is ~80 years. So there has only been enough time for 176 million human lifespans since the universe began.
The total lifespan of humans just alive today is 46x longer than the age of the universe

My point is that the 13.8B year age of the universe feels like an unfathomably long time.
But when you put it in perspective and realize it’s about the same as the combined lifespan of half of the currently living population of the US, it doesn’t seem that unfathomable after all
