Getting to hosur from Bangalore is very convenient. Just ahead is krishnagiri which is even less developed than hosur. Huge potential there as well. Plenty of land available to have 3x of what hosur is now. Including the software industry would have a multiplier effect.

Calling for the managers head just because there's a change at a rival club isn't what's required at United. Sort out the structure first. That should be INEOS priority. In an ideal world yes they should be in a UCL spot but it's not so easy and you know that.

Would you misbehave even if it's 3 month rental deposit is with the landlord? It's greed. I've had horrid experiences with 2 landlords in bangalore where they didn't return half the deposit. Both were from different states and had managed to buy/build a house.

Living in a peaceful neighborhood is a serious game changer. I live in a high traffic area. It just gives a constant headache and you wish to kill some people every morning. Religious/community processions are the worst. Slow traffic down and don't make sense.

I gladly pay for hotstar and Netflix but not for YouTube premium despite my ability to pay and afford it. I would pay for a course I think can add value. It adds another income stream to youtube. It creates big competition for startups. Startups who think otherwise are mistaken.

Isn't a dedicated lane the right incentive for people to use cycles? Our people don't follow rules so we shouldn't make them. Normal traffic is not safe for a cyclist because of difference in speed between them and other vehicles.

Some people lose motivation over time because things didn't pan out the way they thought. Situation changes only when they act. But they've forgotten to act after losing motivation/confidence. If you have a friend who is demotivated inspire them to act. That's the only way. 😊
