Finally taking the plunge into TRT land. Just hit age 40, I’ve been like 500s test levels for a while now. Mild success from test boosters, DHEA, etc but nothing to write home about. Having the baby this past year (lack of sleep) is probably part of the issue. See you guys soon.

Methlyene blue to start the day. A little trick I learned from a podcast. Mix your Methlyene blue with Ascorbic Acid to convert it to the active form of MB. And it prevents the blue staining as well. Prior to that I was putting it into a capsule every time.

Couple things to note, most of the BPC out there is the acetate version. The acetate is not going to work as well as the arginine salt for gut issues, feel free to take a deep dive into that on your own time. Also limitless is one of the few that has actual third party testing.

Slow progress, friends. No TRT involved. Very mild 1.5iu GH dose 5x a week for the CF injuries, and healing up nicely. 5 g creatine most days. 50mg DHEA (if that even does anything). BPC 157 every 6 months. Plenty of protein, no counting calories or carbs, intuitive eating.
