The Philly area is home to a whole host of fantastic three-year EM programs! @TempleEM, @CooperEMed, @ChristianaEMed, @CrozerEM, @EMCM_EM, @InspiraEM, @NazarethEMres, and more, all with intentional and thoughtful curricula designed to train great EM physicians in 36 months.

Our program at @JeffEMRes has for a long time trained excellent emergency physicians in just three years. I would trust our graduating residents with a family member any day. The move to a four-year requirement is unnecessary and tone-deaf. I hope the @acgme reconsiders.
